He was predeceased by : his parents, Pauline Brooks Carr and Jesse W. Carr, Sr.; and his sister Shelia Bonham. He is survived by : his wife Charlotte Price Carr; his son John Anthony Carr; his siblings, Michael Carr (Linda), Bonita Davis (Bob), Susan Stranis (Pete) and Sylvia Dorfner; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Price Chisam (Michael) and Don Price (Susan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
