He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Puckett; his parents, Hubert Puckett and Aline Puckett; and his children, Daniel, Kimberly and Christina Puckett.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Puckett; his sons, Chris Faulkner and Nathan Faulkner; his parents-in-law, Pam White and Jimmy White; and his siblings, Ramona Wright and Charles Puckett. He is also survived by granddaughters that assisted with their loving granddad during his illness, Lily and Brooklyn Faulkner, Mason, Logan, and Alexis Faulkner and a host of nieces and nephews.
