He was predeceased by: his parents, Miley Kelly Watkins and Rhue Etta Parrish Watkins; and his son-in-law Jim Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Prentis Watkins; his daughter Patricia Williams; his son-in-law Phillip Williams; his grandchildren, Hunter Jackson and Kelly Jackson; his great grandchild Brock Stefanu; and his stepgrandsons, Christian and Trever Williams.
