He is survived by: his brother Bobby Crosswhite; his mother Cathy Murks White; his daughters, Kailey White, Karley White and Stacy White; his stepchildren, Savanna Hanback, Logan Hanback and Jennifer Keeton; and his siblings, Rachel White (Dusty), Randal White (Leann), Jonathan White (Amanda) and Nathan Rikard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
