He is survived by: his children, Steve Gilchrist, Wesley Threet (Jennifer), Tammy Abston (Shannon) of Florence and Natalie Threet of Florence; his siblings, Leon Gilchrist (Faye), Lois Wright and Opal Allman; his grandchildren, Zach Gamble, Trace Threet, Jerrod Threet, Courtney Abston and Garret Threet; and his great grandchild Abrie Gamble.
