He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cooper and Ethel Cooper; and his siblings, Doug, Mack Cooper and Anita Cooper Lovelace.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Rose Cooper; his children, Milton C. Cooper (Regina), Jane Cooper and Janet Wilkes (Ralph); his grandchildren, Chesley Quillen and Dustin Quillen (Thi); his great grandchild Sky Merrell (Brad); and his great great grandchildren, Hunter and Anna Merrell.
