He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Staggs and Elsie Staggs. He is survived by: his daughter Maygen Kelley; his siblings, Regina Davis (Frank), Lisa McHale (David) and Chris Staggs; and his nieces and nephews, Hunter Staggs, Jeffery Davis (Heather), Kayla Davis, Trista Davis, Matt Hollis, Samanda Holland, Ande Whitten and Gage McHale.
