He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Phillips and Gloria Phillips; his brother Craig Phillips; and his stepson Travis Brinson Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Phillips; his daughter Christy Phillips-Bailey (Jordan); his granddaughter Gloria Bailey; his stepdaughter Kandice Brinson; his grandchildren, Cameron, Ella and Christian; and his sisters, Theresa Clark and Bonita Martinez of Tampa. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
