He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Chase, Sr. and Thelma Savage Chase. He is survived by: his spouse Janet Ordway Chase; his children, John A. Chase of Florence, AL, Donald A. Chase (Lisa) of Newnan, GA, Deborah A. Chase of Easley and Laura A. Gray (Ward) of Duncan; his siblings, Ronald Chase (Mary) and Lyne Tower (Steve); and also Perdue University.
