He is survived by: his children, Teresa Holt, Step, William Phillips (Daphaney) and David Phillips (Melanie); his siblings, Billy Ray Taylor and Joyce Smith; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Holt and Austin Taylor; and his stepgrandchildren, Bailey, Emiley, Ashley, Will, Zeek and Cora.
