She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Wendell Holmes and Gladys Holmes Southwick; her husband Nathan Clark; and her brother Keith Holmes. She is survived by: her sister Elizabeth Osborne; her nieces, Natalie Clark and Rachel Clark Wilkinson (Gary); her grandchildren, Heath, Tanya Hinton, Hannah, Todd Johnson, Palin, Clarkie and Kathleen Wilkinson; and her great grandchildren, Kison, Ryanna, Daxton, Destiny, Blake, Rylan, Memphis, Marley and Carter.
