He was predeceased by: his wife Elise Eley Darsey; and his parents, Parke E. Darsey and Ellen Gainey Darsey. He is survived by: his children, Derek D. Darsey (Annette), Lisa Ellen Strunk (Steven) and Mary Elizabeth Fulghum (Larry); his grandchildren, Robert M. Fulghum, Jason L. Fulghum, Samantha Elise Strunk, Heather L. McDowell (Amanda) and Josh D. McDowell (Kristen); and his great grandchildren, Bryson Lee McDowell, Kinlee P. McDowell and Cailin Mastropasqua. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; special cat.
