He is survived by: his grandfather William Canon Holland, Sr.; his sons, William Stanley Elkins II and Holland Noah Elkins; his granddaughter Kayland Grace Elkins; his son Linda Conner Elkins; and his sister Jean Elizabeth Chenault (Steve). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
