He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Gilley, Sr. and Florine Masters; his stepfather Donald Masters; and his sister Twylia G. Woodard. He is survived by: his wife Martha Gilley; his children, Morgan Gilley of Atlanta, Georgia and Paige Coppola (Rick) of Little Rock, Arkansas; and his sisters, Donna Masters of Titusville, Florida and Kriss Masters of Melburne, Florida. He is also survived by two grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
