He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Goad and Dovie Smith Goad. He is survived by: his children, Justin Goad (Amy) of Florence and Melinda Privett (Brian) of Huntsville; his sisters, Cynthia Nobles (Rick), Diane Willett (Morris), Sabetha Pigg (Gary) and Lisa Kelley (Travis); and his grandchildren, Trey McElyea, Trenton, Britley Goad, Libby, Sydney and Kenzie Privett.
