He is survived by: his brother Chris Underwood; his wife Anne Matthews Underwood of Florence; his children, Jonathan Underwood (Alisha) of Cherokee, Derrick Underwood (Paige) of Muscle Shoals and Laura Smith Blevins of Florence; his siblings, Wayne Underwood, Edward Underwood, Alice Jo Duke of Muscle Shoals and Barbara Young of Florence; his grandchildren, Damon Underwood, Chylsea Underwood, Devin Underwood, Grace Underwood and Olivia Underwood; and his great grandchildren, Alydia Underwood and Oakley Underwood. He is also survived by his wife, family, and friends.
