She is survived by: her sons, Charles Phillip Smith (Jackie) and Patrick Fitzgerald Smith (Melissa); her grandchildren, Charles Phillip Smith II, Jeffrey Kyle Hawkins, Jamison Lynn Hawkins, Melanie Grace Roehm (John Michael) and Meredith Hope Smith; and her great grandchildren, Charles Phillip Smith III, Lola Sloan Smith and Mary Charles Roehm.
