Willy is survived by: wife Ellen Spears; and children, Merry Ellen Phillips, Leasa Carter, Tabitha Ballard, Tracey Moravits, Timmy Nix, Eric Nix and Brian Spears. Willy is also survived by three sisters; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
