He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Rigsby and Priscilla Rigsby; and his siblings, Inez Tibbitt, Gayron Allison and Darryl Rigsby.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Rigsby of Foley, AL; his sons, Richard L. Rigsby (Michelle) of Spanish Fort, AL and Anthony D. Rigsby of Mobile, AL; his stepdaughter Michelle Scott (Kevin) of Birmingham, AL; and his sisters, Jo Wheeler of Boaz, AL and Gladys Voyles. He is also survived by eight grandchildren other relatives and friends.
