She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Barnes and Josephine Gilley Barnes. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Collins of Alabama, Purnell Green of Bowling Green and Marvin L. Green, Sr. of Metcalfe County; and her siblings, Dorothy Whitehead, Mary Green, Joyce Enoch and Richard Barnes. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the family burial fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
