She is survived by: her children, Lisa (Ricky Mackey), Darvin Hurtt, Randolph Hurtt and Roger (Lynn Hurtt); her brother Charles Arther; her grandchildren, Amy (David Farmer), Amanda (Brent Stansell), Tracy Middlebrooks, Jessica (Brian Smith) and Leslie (Austin Mackey); and her great grandchildren, Kacey Farmer, Tyler Farmer, Dylan McSpadden, Haylee Stansell, Lily Middlebrooks, Allie Stansell, Jake Middlebrooks and Karly Middlebrooks.
