She was predeceased by: her husband James C. Toler, Sr.; and her daughter Elizabeth D. Toler. She is survived by: her children, J. C. Toler, Jr. (Patty), Sandi Garmon (Donald), Teri Toler, Lisa Nichelson (Keith) and Benjamin Toler (Julie); and her sister Peggy Hughes. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
