He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Henry and Ruth Anna Leath Ritenour; and his siblings, Frank Ritenour, Gena Ruth Boggs and Virginia Simpson.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Casey Ritenour; his son Bryan Ritenour (Mim); and his granddaughters, Allyson Casey Ritenour and Amy Kirsten Ritenour.
