Anspach; her children, David Rutland (Sandi) and Tanya Gallagher (Carl); her grandson Ryan Rutland; and her siblings, Richard Irwin (Angela), Bill Irwin, Linda Ruhl (Dale) and Sharon Dillow (Dale).
