He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Culpepper and Ida Culpepper; and his siblings, D. L. Culpepper and Rosalee Howell. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Culpepper; his daughters, Marla Leigh Culpepper and Nellie Faye Wynn; his pet Jazz; and also Shelia Bailey. He is also survived by 3 nephews; 1 niece.
