He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joe, Wanda Frazier, Gerald and Lou Reed; and his nieces and nephews, Jacob Frazier, Emily Colvin and EmmaMae Talley.
He is survived by: his wife Brianna Frazier; his children, Kayla Cuzzort (Johnathan), Raven Griggs (Micheal King), Christopher Frazier (Hazel) and Jordan Battles (Alexis); his grandchildren, Ethan, Kyden, Hadley, Kadelana, John Luke, Addalyn, Ayden, Jackson and Cooper; his parents, Jacqueline Frazier and Dennis Frazier; and his siblings, Brian Frazier (Rose), Terry Frazier (Jackie), Rachel Abrams (Shawn), Kim Guffey (Shawn), Kim Thurmond, Kayleigh Thurmond, Jessica Flannery (Keith) and Valerie Evans (Walker). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
