With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emil Martin Ankermiller of Fort Payne, Alabama, who passed away on May 23, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ankermiller and Elsie Ankermiller; his former wife Beverly Ankermiller; and his siblings, Dale Ankermiller and Rhoda Ertel.

He is survived by: his wife Arbadella Wigley Ankermiller; and his sister Shirley Davies. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the Shriner's Hospital.
