She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Towe and Hazel Towe; and her brother Mike Towe. She is survived by: her husband Charles Monroe; her children, Cheryl Wooten (Breland) and Mark Monroe (Tracey); her sister Gayle Bishop; and her granddaughter Bailey Butts (Lucas). She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
