It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerome Rhodes of Fort Payne, Alabama, who passed away on July 29, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Columbus Rhodes and Allie Adams Rhodes. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ballinger Rhodes; his sons, Stephen Glenn Rhodes (Debra) and Joel Shannon Rhodes; his sisters, Phyllis Spillman, Linda Whitley and Sharon Shirey; and his grandchildren, Samantha King, Terra Helms, Austin Rhodes, Allie Rhodes and Wesley Rhodes. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
