She is survived by: her husband Donald G. Smith; her children, Randall Brisendine (Kathy), Donald Smith (Debbie), Robert Smith (Lea Ann) and Becky Adams (Todd); her siblings, Ruble Ray Gardner and Dorothy Wilks; her grandchildren, Jason, Rebecca, Kevin, Samantha, Amanda, Anthony, Pepper, Roberta, Hanah, Emily and Lauren; and her great grandchildren, Riley, Paige, Zoe, Ivy, Kate, Reina, Tristen, Keoni and Leim. She is also survived by son, daughter-in-law, grandson, his wife and their two great granddaughters.
