He is survived by: his wife Vickie Childers; his children, Julie Ayers (Ross), Rachel Ebert (Chad) and Clay Childers; his mother Margaret Childers; his grandchildren, Emma, Ethan Evett, Landon and Andrew Ebert; and his siblings, Neil Childers and Lynn Dean. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
