He was predeceased by: his parents, William George and Jamie Lavelle Hartline Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Gayle VanPelt Johnson; his children, Sarah Lynn Thompson (Patrick) and Daniel Johnson (Amy); his grandchildren, Coleton Johnson (Rachel), Conner Thompson and Macayne Thompson; his great grandchild Camden Johnson; and his sister Amelia Landstreet.
