He is survived by: his wife Melinda Miller; his children, Melissa Smith and Josh Miller (Jacklyn); his sisters, Ann Berry and Sandra Sutton; his grandchildren, Mattie Smith, Jackson Miller, Carson Miller and Josh Tyler Miller; and his stepgrandchildren, Ian Sinclair and Aydan Sinclair.
