She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Hulgan and Nellie Hulgan; her husband Leon Arther; her children, Travis Arther, Scottie Arther and Wydeen Burt; and her siblings, Raymond, Vernon, Johnny Wayne Hulgan, Freda Kay Pruitt and Wilma Green.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Eberhart (Don) and Brian Arther (Sandra); her daughter-in-law Donna Arther; her grandchildren, Jeff Eberhart (Ginger), Dana Wright (Matt), Todd Arther, Nanette Wynn (Rusty), Molley Graham (Josh Crane), Christina Beaty (John) and Nick Horne (Amber); her great grandchildren, Michael, Steven Eberhart, Cole Wright, Rusty Wynn II, Micah Graham, Matthew Skyler Young, Olivia Beaty, Ashley Houston, Mia, Alex and Jacob Horne; and her siblings, Duward Hulgan (Theresa) and Gwen Mitchell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ruhama Baptist Church.
