He was predeceased by: his parents, Luke Blevins and LeeDell Blevins; and his sister Lisa Blevins. He is survived by: his daughters, Cala Blevins and Sarah Chambliss; his close friend Priscilla Chambliss; his sister Lori Blevins; his son Fernado Gamez; his grandchildren, Emily, Ally Blevins, Javion, Kaiden Odom, Ava and Maddie Gamez; and his nieces and nephews, Nicholas, Mike, Jessica, Angie, Amy, Annie, Jessie, Blake, Chris, Jeremy, Mandy, Joe and Sam.
