She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Burt and Olar Burt; her husband Gary Acue Huie; her siblings, Preston Burt, Roy Burt, Junior Burt, Imogen Vaughn (CD), Estell Smith (Frank) and Geroma Hamilton (Bill); and her brothers-in-law, Don Cook and Woodrow Ballenger.
She is survived by: her sisters, Shirley Cook and Ann Ballenger; her sister-in-law Ruth Burt; her children, Gary Huie (Kelsey), Will Huie and Lisa Bubbles Murphy; her grandchildren, Paisley, Bentley, Stella and Stratton Huie; her nephew Terry Vaughn; and her great-nephew Scotty Vaughn.
