With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan McDonald Pollard of Fort Payne, Alabama, who passed away on November 27, 2021 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hale McDonald and Johnnie Ruth Owens McDonald. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth "Bud" Pollard; her daughter Hayley Vandenhuerk Odom (Mark); her stepson Kenneth Pollard, Jr.; her grandchildren, Carlie, Ellie and Cole; her sister Elaine Overstreet (Alex); her niece Jamie St. Clair (Eric); her great-niece Maeve St. Clair; and also Melissa Kerley.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 303 9th Street NW, Fort Payne, AL 35967.
