He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Bell and Vesta Chitwood Bell; his wife Sue Bell; and his sister Claudine Moses. He is survived by: his children, Rodney Bell, Delinda Williamson (Jim) and Gail Bell; his sister Ruth Haymon; his grandchildren, Jacob Hester, Sadie Hester Jennings and Caity Bell; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Jennings, Damian Hester and Stella Hester.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Comfort Care Hospice of Scottsboro.
