He is survived by: his wife Charney Howell; his children, Billiton Howell (Anne), Dally Howell (Ashley) and Kelli Davis (Randall); his grandsons, Lucas Howell, Jay Howell, Tripp Davis and Austin Davis; his brother-in-law Bill Livezey (Rita); and his pet Rosie.
