He is survived by: his wife Sybil Leavell; his children, Susan Leavell of Chatsworth, CA and Scott Leavell of Gonzales, LA; his stepson William Chapman of Cullman, AL; and his siblings, Kenneth Leavell of Van, TX, Edgar Leavell of Beaver, AK, Betty Baker of Morehead City, NC and Harriet Moore of El Dorado, AK. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
