He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Clyde and Nona Allen of Virginia; and his brother Edward Allen. He is survived by: his wife Cloyce Allen; his children, Tammy Allen Young, Tina Allen Wells, Tanya Allen and Mark Anthony Allen; his sisters, Virginia Blevins and Donna Arthur; and his grandchildren, Brianna Wells, Colton Wels, Laura Beth Wells, Allison Wells, Lacey Wells, Ethan Thomas, Kaylee Young and Jessica Allen Tarr.
