We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2021, at the age of 75, William Madison Tolbert Jr. of Fort Payne, Alabama, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Madison and Mary Irene Tatum Tolbert, Sr.; and his siblings, Randy Tolbert and Nelda Bowen. He is survived by: his son Jeff York; his sisters, Greta Pierce (F. L.), Janis Stevens and Donna Smith; and his brother-in-law Terry Bowen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
