He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Annie Lowery Bullock, Sr.; his wife Marion Bullock; and his daughter Deborah Waldo. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Brown, Fred Taylor, Tracey, Robert Lachar and John Bullock. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
