She was predeceased by : her parents, Archie Smith and Vada Smith; her husbands, Alfred Eugene Johnson (Gene) and Jim Taylor (Papa Jim); and her siblings, Everette Smith, Robert Earl Smith and Ruby Jean Smith.

She is survived by : her sons, Buddy Johnson (Elizabeth) of Megargel, Gary Johnson (Patricia) of Frisco City and Bruce Johnson (Laniebell) of Monroeville. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
