He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert H. and Pauline Green Dollar. He is survived by: his wife Bettye Jo Dollar; and his children, Stephen Everett Dollar, Joe Mark Dollar (Lynne), Julie Dollar Huff (Robb) and Beth Dollar Cardwell (Greg). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
