He was predeceased by: his wife Betty S. Roe; and his daughter Glenda R. Rice. He is survived by: his daughter Darlene Wellborn; his grandchildren, Ashley Wright (Kenny) and Chris Johnson; and his great grandchildren, David, Maggie, Charlie Stem and Jack Johnson.
