He is survived by: his children, Alan Scott Adams (April), Chad Michael Adams and Sandi Jenkins (Jerry); his grandchildren, Caitlin Adams and Josh Adams; and his sister Ann Adams Guffey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
