She is survived by: her husband David Clark; her children, Ginger Young of Rome, GA, Gerald Smith of Rome, GA, Kyle Smith (Melissa) of Cartersville, GA, Lacy Smith (Kim) of Jacksonville and Megan Smith of Alexandria; and her grandchildren, Whitney (Grayson Smith), Chelsea (Shelby Smith), Jesse (Alex Ward), Josh (Justin Smith), Jessica Lambert and Andy Smith. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
