She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Lisa Fortenberry; her son Scott Fortenberry (Lisa); her grandchildren, Blake Fortenberry (Robin) and Kayla Howington (Shane); her great grandchildren, Braxton and Leah Fortenberry; her siblings, Judy Cofield (Mike), Shirley Cook, Kathy Pentecost (Eric) and David Quinn; and her brother-in-law Larry Fortenberry (Sharron). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
