He is survived by: his brother Rickey Haygood; his wife Rita Lemons Phillips; his children, Pamela Raper (Gary), Kathy Phillips and David Phillips; his stepchildren, Stacy Battles and Larry Martin Jr. of Gadsden; his siblings, Lynda Echols (Ricky), Barbra Satterfield, Johnny Phillips (Joyce), Jack Philips and Bob Phillips (Mae); and his aunts, Elaine Hoffman and Bobbie Goss. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
